Hi Lynn! I sketch just about every day, usually things at home like my cats, my hubby, the dishes and sometimes heads while I'm sitting in front of the tv. I also go to a weekly life drawing session that is three hours long.
I lot of the drawings you see on this blog are a few years old, because I made a strong effort to document all my work at one point, so I've got a big file of photos from that time. I've gotten so lazy about scanning/photographing my work nowadays, I have piles of drawings and sketchbooks waiting to be scanned in! I better get to it soon before I run out of my stash of photos :-/ I am so lucky to live in a place where I can find drawing groups virtually every day of the week. I have seen the SketchCrawls advertised, and would love to incorporate more landscapes into my sketching, but time doesn't permit it right now. I have grand ideas about sketching my neighborhood, but I simply can't squeeze in any more time.
