EDM 190 - Draw Your Palette

I read a great book a few years ago called The Creative License by Danny Gregory, it was really inspiring and made me want to draw all the time. I found out recently that he has a yahoo group called Everyday Matters, where weekly challenges are posted and people post their sketches, and also have a Flickr group. I don't normally draw in pen and ink or with color, so I thought this would be a good way for me to stretch myself and change my media sometimes. Here's my first post, a palette that I use to mix up acrylics and airbrush paint.

This is such a personable palette and the spash of color livens it right up.

Just found your blog and have to say your figure work in previous posts is powerful and very good.

Carol, thanks for posting your work. It is very inspiring!

I saw your intro on EDM!

Pencil, pen, ink, charcoal... I just think it's great that people pick up SOMETHING and be expressive and creative.
